Return to Game
Object of the Game.
You can just roll your mouse pointer over the panels and watch the pretty colors. When you have done that
can you get them all back to red again without using the reset button.
Buttons at the Bottom
Except for the reset button the buttons at the bottom have two purposes. The first is just to play with colors.
The second is that each button displays a clue message at the top of the page. The Reset button of course
quite simply does what it says and resets everything back to where you started.
Note: The red button at the bottom only appears to put you back to the start but it does not.
An Approach
My moving the cursor slowly and carefully in and out of panels with and without clicking you will notice a kind of pattern of
behaviour. The color changes appear inconsistent but are not. You can get back to the start without using the reset.
A congratulations message appears at the top when you have succeeded.

The Color Machine
The following will give you a clearer idea.
Some facts:
- There are ten colors including black, white and grey. Each color is allocated a number from 0 to 9.
- The color buttons at the bottom are in number order left to right as suggested by a couple of clues.
- Each of the four squares has a color appearance, that which was just painted but also an allocated color number which may not be the same.
- For example clicking on a color button at the bottom paints the squares but does not change that allocated number.
- Rolling the cursor in and out of a square once causes the allocated color number for that square to be changed by one and the square repainted that number.
- Clicking in the square also changes the color number by one and repaints with the new number.
- Rolling the cursor without clicking causes all the squares to be changed by different but consistent amounts depending on the cursor location and repainted.
A Full Solution
Do the following:
- Either exit and re-enter or click on the reset button.
- Do NOT click on any of the color buttons at the bottom. They just mess things up.
- Roll the cursor around the four squares to enter the maze.
- To keep things consistent now only enter a square, click once or not and exit but do not exit a second square without clicking if no click in the first square. i.e do not allow two consecutive square exits without a click in between.
- You can exit the sides and move around the edges if needed. Rolling over the buttons does not hurt so long as you don't click on one.
- You should now be able to get each square to red; i.e. it appears red and it's color number is 0 which you can test by rolling over.
